What is OnPage Optimization?

On-page optimization refers to all measures that are taken directly on a website to achieve a better ranking with search engines such as Google. On-page optimization describes a fundamental measure for search engine optimization for website operators. The focus is always on the content of your own site. In most cases, on-page optimization requires the creation of new, high-quality content that offers users decisive added value. Only in this way can it be assumed that a good ranking in search engines will be achieved and that users will be convinced by the content and perhaps even return to the site. What is the difference between on-page and off-page optimization? 

On-page optimization only concerns measures that directly affect your own site. Off-page optimization also includes factors where measures are taken on external pages. For example, link structures such as backlinks or other links. It is important that on-page optimization is always carried out before off-page optimization, because with a poorly optimized website, optimizations on external sources are of little use.
