Your tasks
- Active and professional telephone support for our existing customers
Managing - Contract negotiations through to conclusion
- Processing incoming calls and e-mails
- Maintaining and updating the customer database
- Recognizing upselling opportunities and processing leads
- Creation of call logs and reports to document customer communication
- Market observation, market analysis and identification of growth opportunities
- Continuous development and improvement of our sales processes and our in-house CRMs
- Working according to key figures and daily reports
Your qualification
- Eloquent and expressive in speech and writing
- Very good German & business fluent English absolutely necessary
- Languages such as French & Spanish (optional)
- Interest in marketing / online marketing
- Enjoy communicating with other people
- Willingness to learn, ability to work in a team, initiative
- Conscientiousness and a sense of responsibility
- Hands-on mentality with commitment & diligence
